Usage and dosage :

  • DY-201(100cp-10000cp) 25.3%
  • DY-201R 7.22%
  • Softened water : 20%+47.48% 2

 

Technological operation :

  • Made (1) and (2) into the reaction container of high shear blender heating-up to 80-85ºC for twenty to thirty minutes' process. Reaction vessel.
  • Made the 47.48 percent water mix in the mixture in about 40 centigrade also in ten minutes, and you must stop heating before mix the water, after mix the water with high shear to room temperature will be ok.
